About us

In 1986, Paul Lyman and Jeffrey Ricker resolved that they would some day create a technology company named Ricker Lyman Robotic. Now, more than two decades later, that day has come.

Jeffrey Ricker was co-founder and CEO of Distributed Instruments, a company focused on sensor data fusion. He was also the founder of EVP of product development at XMLSolutions Corp, the first company dedicated to webservices technology. He began his career in defense research. Jeffrey recieved his BS mechanical engineering from Tulane University.

Paul Lyman was co-founder and president of Distributed Instruments. He was the director of product development at XMLSolutions Corp. Paul is an accomplished avionics engineer with 18 years experience leading technology development teams. He received his BS electrical engineering from Wichita State University.

Joshua Block was co-founder and VP of sales at XMLSolutions. He was VP of sales and operations at Elitecore Technologies and VP of global sales at eIQnetworks. He has spent his career developing, implementing and executing go-to-market strategies for emerging technology companies. Joshua studied computer science at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
